As part of its Pacific Island Infrastructure experience, Yindi Group has been involved in the management of the bids, establishment of the project team, and delivery of the project outcomes within very short lead times.

As the Project Manager for the delivery Contractor, these projects involved the management and coordination of all aspects of the project delivery, with procurement in Australia and delivery in the remote Pacific islands.

 

The project, delivered via Managing Contract, involved the creation of both temporary and permanent buildings and infrastructure for resource support, and to augment the infrastructure and services available in the regions.
